NAHRG (pronounced 'narg') is Norfolk's local history and archaeology club.
It's short for the Norfolk Archaeological & Historical Research Group but you don't need to be a researcher to join. You just need to be interested in Norfolk, its history, heritage and archaeology.
We have regular talks, encourage and publish members' research and organise visits to places of interest. We also help members to get involved in fieldwork and have even organised our own digs.
More details of all this are on the What We Do page.
New members are always welcome. NAHRG is inexpensive to join and details are on the Membership Page, together with an application form. You're welcome to try one or two of our lectures before making up your mind (no charge!).
If you have any questions, we'd be happy to answer them. Our contact details are on the Contact Us page;
So welcome to NAHRG! If you're a Norfolk local historian or simply interested in finding out more about the county's past, this is the club for you. Join now!
